VaporDex started in 2017 as a two-person plumbing crew running out of a converted shop-lot on Jalan Maarof. We never wanted to be the biggest service in KL — we wanted to be the most careful.
Adrian Wong and Wei Lim spent a decade between them on the maintenance side of a hotel group, then walked away to start something more personal. The original idea: a plumbing service where the same person who scopes your job also closes it out — and where invoices match the quote, line for line.
Eight years in, that idea has not changed. We have added five more technicians, a renovations coordinator and a dispatcher, but the working principle is the same. One lead tech, one customer, one continuous conversation.
How we work
The technician who scopes your job is the technician who finishes it. We do not pass customers between desks.
If a job grows beyond the original scope we stop and re-quote. We do not surprise customers with extras on the final bill.
Every fitting, every joint, every before-and-after — filed under your address. You get the album the night the job closes.
We do not bid for KLCC-wide tenders or Penang projects. Our promise of "we'll be there in an hour" lives or dies on geography.
