The honest version: instant heaters suit one-bathroom rentals and studios. Storage heaters are still the right call for two-bathroom condos and family homes if you want a real shower and a working bathtub. Central systems only make sense for new-build landed homes.

For storage heaters above the 13th floor of a typical KL condo, often yes. We test inlet pressure before we recommend one — never as a default upsell.
We retrofit electric backup on existing solar systems but no longer install new rooftop solar setups. We will refer you to a specialist if that is what you need.
Thermostat failure on storage units around year five, scale build-up on instant units in hard-water condos, and corroded element flanges. All preventable with a five-yearly flush.
