How quickly can a technician reach my property?

Within Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya, we aim for one hour for declared emergencies and the same working day for everything else. After 9 pm and on public holidays our duty van prioritises burst pipes and flooded bathrooms first.

Do you charge a callout fee just to look at a job?

No callout fee on weekday visits between 9 am and 6 pm. A small RM65 scoping fee applies after-hours and on Sundays, fully credited back against the work if you accept the quote.

Can I get a fixed price before any work starts?

Yes. Once we have scoped the job in person, you receive a written line-by-line quote on WhatsApp or email. We do not pick up a tool until you respond with an accept.

What guarantee comes with the work?

Twelve months on workmanship for repairs and installation. Bathroom and kitchen renovations carry an extended 24-month waterproofing warranty. Manufacturer warranties for heaters and pumps run in parallel.

Which neighbourhoods do you cover?

All of Kuala Lumpur city limits and most of Selangor inside the Middle Ring Road 2 — Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Cheras, Ampang, Setapak, Sentul and a handful of pockets further out. Ring us if you are outside that arc and we will tell you honestly.

Do you handle commercial work?

Small commercial yes — cafes, clinics, boutique offices and shophouses. We do not bid for tower-block contracts or industrial estates because we want to keep response times tight.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB) or DuitNow QR after the job, on receipt of invoice. We do not ask for upfront deposits on repairs under RM3,000. Renovations are billed in three milestones.
