Bookings & arrival

How fast can you be at my door?

Under one hour for declared emergencies inside Middle Ring Road 2. Same working day for everything else. We text you a tech's plate number and ETA the moment they leave the depot.

Do I need to be home for the scoping visit?

For repairs, yes — we need access to test the line. For renovation measures, an authorised representative is fine if you brief them on what you want.

What is your service area?

All of KL, plus PJ, Subang Jaya, Damansara, Mont Kiara, Cheras, Ampang, Setapak, Sentul, TTDI and Kepong. Outside this ring, we still try — phone to confirm.

Can I book outside of business hours?

Emergency line is 24/7. Non-urgent scoping visits run 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday. We do not schedule scoping on public holidays.

Pricing & payment

Do you charge for the first visit?

No callout fee on weekday visits between 9 am and 6 pm. A RM65 scoping fee applies after-hours and on Sundays — fully credited back against the work if you accept the quote.

How do I get a fixed price?

After we have seen the job in person, you receive a written line-by-line quote on WhatsApp or email. No work begins until you respond with an "accept".

Do you take card payments?

Bank transfer or DuitNow QR. No credit card facilities. We do not ask for deposits on repairs under RM3,000; renovations are billed in three milestones.

What about insurance claims?

For any incident with possible insurance involvement, we provide a free letterhead report with photos, pressure-test logs and a one-page summary suitable for insurer submission.

The work itself

What guarantees do I get?

Twelve months on workmanship for repairs and installs. Twenty-four months on waterproofing inside renovation works. Manufacturer warranties run in parallel.

Where do your parts come from?

Tee Yih, Sin Chew and Wilo distributors for plumbing. Niro and Hin Leong for tiles. Toto, Cotto and Bravat for sanitaryware. No grey-market parts.

Will my walls or floors get damaged?

We use dust sheets through the corridor on every job. Renovation works require some demolition; we walk you through the exact opening before we cut.

Can you handle commercial jobs?

Small commercial yes — cafes, clinics, boutique offices, shophouses. We do not tender for tower-block or industrial estate contracts. Keeps response times tight.

After the job

What happens after you leave?

You get a photo album, the labelled shut-off diagram (for renovations and kitchen jobs), the warranty card and an aftercare WhatsApp two weeks later asking how everything is holding up.

What if something goes wrong inside the warranty?

Ring the desk. Workmanship issues are covered fully — we return, fix and pick up the materials. Parts under manufacturer warranty go through the manufacturer; we handle the paperwork on your behalf.

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes — quarterly drain jetting for commercial kitchens, annual checks for serviced apartments, and a heater service plan for landlords. Ask for the maintenance brochure.
