We staff two duty vans every night and a third on weekends. If you are watching water spread across a tiled floor at 2 am, ring the desk — the tech will text you their licence-plate and ETA before they pull out of the depot.
What counts as an emergency for us
If water is moving where it should not be, or you have lost supply altogether, we count it as urgent. Slow drips and intermittent issues are fine to wait for the morning slot.
- Burst pipe inside the unit or in the riser
- Toilet overflow that will not stop at the float
- Backed-up stack pushing water into the lowest unit
- Water heater leaking from the casing seam
- Total cold-water loss across the unit
- Hot-water scalding hazard from a failed mixer
Before we arrive
Three things to do while we drive.
These take less than two minutes each and can save a ceiling.
Cut the heater breaker
If a water heater is leaking, isolate it at the breaker before anything else. Saves the element and the wiring.
Towel the joint, then lay flat
Wrap the joint in a towel to absorb the spray, then lay a second towel flat at the floor edge of the affected room.

RM220 callout
6 pm – 11 pm Monday to Saturday. Includes the first hour on site. Standard parts at retail price.
RM320 callout
11 pm – 6 am, any night. Includes the first 90 minutes on site. We stay until water is stopped, even on a temporary cap.
RM280 callout
All public holidays and Hari Raya, Deepavali, CNY first days. Same parts pricing as weekdays.
