Grease
Cooled fat from cooking oil, sambal residues and butter. Builds a glassy lining inside the kitchen branch and then the stack. The number-one cause of repeat blockages.
Wipes & floss
"Flushable" wet wipes braid together inside the soil stack and snag everything else passing through. We pull these out routinely.
Roots
Landed property mains lines crack at the joints during monsoons; mango and bougainvillea roots find the moisture and grow inwards.
Scale & silt
KL's water is not aggressive, but old galvanised lines still scale up after a decade. Jetting removes the deposits without removing the pipe.

Can jetting damage old pipes?
Modern jetting nozzles are pressure-adjusted; we drop down to 1500 psi for very old galvanised lines and use rotary heads that do not impact the wall directly.
Do I need to be home?
Only for the start and end of the job. We can also coordinate access through your building's facilities team for high-rise condos.
What if you find a cracked pipe?
We pause, share the CCTV footage, and quote separately for the repair. We never push a customer to authorise excavation on the spot.
